» Friends and family of Sally Lent Ho held a ceremony Saturday to honor Ho, who died of colon cancer. A photo caption on Page A2 in some of yesterday's editions incorrectly said the ceremony was Sunday and also incorrectly said Ho died of breast cancer.
» A 2004 review of sexual assaults in the military found that 92 complaints were filed in the Pacific Air Forces from 2001 to 2003. An editorial on Page A12 yesterday incorrectly said the complaints were filed during a five-month period.
» The Waita Reservoir, mauka of Koloa and Poipu on Kauai, is monitored by Grove Farm Co. A graphic on Page A13 Sunday incorrectly said Alexander & Baldwin monitors the reservoir.
