Dexter Acasio, 10, who won the anti-smoking Tar Wars Poster Contest, posed Saturday with Dr. Susan Christensen and Marti Taba after the award presentation ceremony at Dave and Buster's. Acasio, a fifth-grader from Chiefess Kapiolani School in Hilo, will be traveling with his family to Washington, D.C., in July to compete in the Tar Wars National Poster Contest, sponsored by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dexter's father, Robert, won a trip to Washington last year as Small Business Person of the Year and challenged his son to do the same this year. "He's pretty amazing," said Robert, adding that Dexter responded to the challenge by saying, "Just watch."
