In search of balance

International Sheng Zhen Society Hawaii presents a seminar with Master Li Jun Feng from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at One Kalakaua Senior Living, 1314 Kalakaua Ave.

Sheng Zhen Wuji Yuan Gong is used to develop a healthy mind and body, remove stress, and balance energy through moving and nonmoving meditation forms. It has the benefits of traditional qigong plus the message of unconditional love.

The seminar fee is $90 for one day, or $170 for both days. Call 375-5845 for information.
