Kathleen Dorothy Collins, 96, of Honolulu, a longtime volunteer at St. Augustine Church, died Monday in Aloha Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Boston. Thomas "Tommy" De Pontes, 44, of Kalaoa, Kona, an employee of the state Department of Transportation at Kona Airport at Keahole, died Aug. 12 in North Hawaii Community Hospital. David Scott Easton, 51, a woodworking artist, died last Friday in Kailua. He was a longtime resident of Los Gatos, Calif.
