Waipio ousted from West Region

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. » Seth Fretheim's tremendous drive disappeared over the trees well beyond the fence at Al Houghton Stadium. And with it, went the hopes of the Waipio Little League baseball team.
Waipio reliever Troy Vicari Jr. gave up the two-run shot in the bottom of the fifth inning -- the final blow in an 8-1 win by Arizona over Waipio.
