Action star Jackie Chan gave the shaka sign during a press conference yesterday. At the grand opening of his Jackie's Kitchen at Ala Moana Center yesterday, Chan said he is confident that 70 percent of his "Rush Hour 3" movie will be filmed in Hawaii.
