The Navy frigate USS Reuben James returned to Pearl Harbor yesterday after a 2 1/2-month deployment to Costa Rica, Panama, Ecuador and Mexico centered mainly on anti-drug activities. Michael Treiber received a long-awaited hug and kiss from his daughters, Shalyn, 4, left, and Savannah, 2, upon his return.
