Surfers Healing, a program involving a group of surfers led by Izzy Paskowitz, took a dozen autistic children surfing yesterday at Kuhio Beach. David Selbe, 6, above left, received a "high five" from Lee Ellis as he was raised above the ocean by Joe Mazzullo.

Sightseers watched the Cunard cruise ship Queen Elizabeth 2 arrive in Honolulu Harbor yesterday. At 70,327 tons and 963 feet long with a top speed of 32.5 knots, the ship is one of the largest and fastest passenger vessels afloat, according to its Web page.
