>> HonBlue Inc. has hired chief financial officer Harvey Rackmil. His duties cover company subsidiaries Electric Pencil, Best Printing, JetGraphics, Records Management Hawaii and Blackbird. He was previously senior tax manager at Arthur Andersen's Honolulu office for four years and brings has a total of 20 years of experience in finance, accounting and taxes.

>> Hawaii State Federal Credit Union has hired Executive Vice President Patrick Langille to plan and implement initiatives for business development and member services, and to direct research. HSFC has also promoted Harry Gunsallus to chief information officer. Gunsallus' responsibilities include planning and implementing information and electronic card systems.

>> CB Richard Ellis Hawaii Inc. has appointed G. Warren Freeland senior associate and broker-in-charge of its new brokerage division on Maui. He will provide general commercial real estate brokerage advisory services. Freeland was most recently broker-in-charge of another real estate company on Maui. He has been active in commercial real estate brokerage and management on Maui since 1990. Headquartered in Los Angeles, CB Richard Ellis has more than 260 offices in 47 countries.

>> Kurt Kunihiro has been named vice president and corporate banking officer at Hawaii National Bank. He will manage commercial loan portfolios and deposits. Prior to joining the bank, he held executive management positions in other Hawaii financial institutions.

>> Broadband iTV has named Stephanie Uyeda director of sales. She has 23 years of sales experience at American Airlines, 21 of which were spent in Hawaii. BBiTV digital channel 326 is an interactive cable channel offering on-demand information about local products and services.

PROMOTIONS

>> First Hawaiian Bank has promoted four senior managers to executive vice president: Mark Felmet, consumer lending group; Robert Fujioka, commercial banking group; Edward Pei, consumer banking group; and Raymond Ono, business banking and Main Banking Center. Felmet oversees consumer credit and automobile lending to dealers and consumers. Fujioka has responsibility for commercial real estate lending, corporate lending, leasing, cash management and commercial loan servicing. Pei is a 31-year veteran of the bank and supervises credit and debit cards, merchant services and residential real estate lending. Ono worked as a branch loan officer before becoming manager of the Hawaii Kai, Wailuku, Kahului, King and University branches.
