REACHING OUT FOR THANKSGIVING

At the Lighthouse Outreach Center Assembly of God, Ruta Tulafale, left, served Aleki Vaielua. Food was prepared at Kapolei High School and then trucked by UPS trucks to different churches around the area, providing around 3,000 meals. For more photos, click here.

DENNIS ODA DODA@STARBULLETIN.COM Mark Mitsuyasu and his son, 6-year-old Reece, showed off the 9-ounce catfish Reece caught yesterday at the Nuuanu freshwater fish reservoir off Pali Highway. Reece was the only one who caught anything in their group of five.
