Timotio "Carlos" Caban Jr., 67, of Sunnyvale, Calif., died Oct. 18. He was born in Kahuku. He is survived by wife Rowena; sons Timothy and Bryan; daughter Sherrill; brothers Orlino, Lorencio, Jaime and Benjamin; sisters Carolina, Sally, Josephine and Marilyn; and two grandchildren. Vicente Cabbab Cabuloy Sr., 66, of Waipahu, a retired Hawaii Care and Cleaning Inc. employee, died Oct. 11. He was born in the Philippines. Dale A. "Bill" Hickok, 72, of Honolulu, a retired U.S. Navy submarine service IBEW electrician, died last Thursday in Tripler Army Medical Center. He was born in Shawano, Wis. Douglas "Chung Hing" Ahkop Hiu II, 58, of Punaluu, a contracting officer for the federal government, died last Thursday. He was born in Kahuku.
