Death with dignity
on agenda at seminar

"How to support death with dignity without supporting doctor-assisted suicide" will be discussed at an Oct. 5 workshop sponsored by Hawaii Family Forum and the Hawaii Catholic Conference.

The seminar, from 9 a.m. to noon at Kaimuki Christian Church, 1117 Koko Head Ave., will be free, but registration is required. Call 230-2100 by Oct. 2.

Speakers will include Hawaii Family Forum Executive Director Kelly Rosati, state Rep. William Stonebraker, the Rev. Marc R. Alexander of the St. Francis Medical Center Ethics Committee, Patricia Lee of the Governor's Blue Ribbon Panel on Living and Dying with Dignity, and Richard Radtke, chief executive of Sea of Dreams Foundation.
