The Oahu Family Court held its commencement ceremony yesterday in the state Supreme Court courtroom for the first graduates of the Hawaii Juvenile Drug Court Program. Among the eight graduates of the program, which is for nonviolent juveniles arrested on drug charges, were, Justin Tanaka, above, who gave a lei to his father, Al, and below, Kay Raley, who celebrated with her mother, Pat, after the ceremony.
