Sign-up booths will be set up 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 14 at Pearlridge Phase I near the stage where Aloha Week entertainment will be held, on the steps at the Consolidated Ward Theatres and in Kahala Mall.
Those who sign up will receive a free pink ribbon enamel pin.
Everyone may enter to win a commemorative silk scarf from the Carlisle Collection.
Anyone who signs up at Ward Theatres will receive a complimentary fried ice cream dessert card from Compadres Bar & Grill.
Those signing up for two people at Pearlridge will receive a complimentary stuffed bear.
The first 400 to sign up at Kahala Mall through Sept. 23 will receive Susan G. Komen pink shoelaces to show their support.
Kahala Mall will donate $25 every time a customer turns in $250 in receipts from any one of its merchants or restaurants.
Applications are also at Oahu Chevron stations, Safeway locations, Kapiolani Women's Center, Running Room, Runner's Route, Sports Authority, in Hawaii Race magazine and online at www.raceforthecurehawaii.org.
Registration is $18 if postmarked by Sept. 20, $25 for applications thereafter.
Packet pickup will be 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 28 at Aloha Tower Marketplace.
Late pickup is at Kapiolani Park the morning of the race, 6 to 6:45 a.m.
There will be no official registration on race day.
Each participant who completes the race will receive an entry for prizes including a round trip to any U.S. destination (Alaska excluded).
Prizes will also be offered for donations collected.
Participants are invited to park free at Kapiolani Community College and ride free the trolleys to and from the park.
Last year's event drew 5,200 participants and raised $180,000, of which 75 percent stayed in Hawaii to fund research.
