Shantelle Gosney of Central Middle school made the acquaintance of Hilton Hawaiian Village penguin Icarus Friday while joining animal handler Michele-Leigh Suenishi on her rounds. The encounter was a part of Job Shadow Day, an annual event that allows students a first-hand look at careers that interest them. Businesses interested in participating next year can call the Job Shadow coordinator at 545-1777.
