Hiram Ikaika Chow, 41, of Opihikao, Hawaii, died Monday at home. He is also survived by daughter Nadine Kehauokamakani. The mortuary provided incorrect information for an obituary published yesterday.

Kyoko Cummons, 72, of Honolulu, died Monday. She was born in Japan. She is survived by daughter Patricia Sperry, granddaughter Michelle and sister Fusako Cummings. Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.

Harold Setsuo Ishii, 89, of Honolulu, retired owner and proprietor of Civic Bakery and Hauula Bake Shop, died Tuesday in Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Pahoa, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Dorothy, sons Tyrus and Grover, daughter Patricia Timbal, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Private services.

Peter Hakuolekalimaekakanaloa Kaulia, 68, of Waianae, a former employee for Gaspro and Hawaiian Cement, died Wednesday. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by parents John N. and Helen Kia; sons Daniel "Kaniala," David "Kawika," Dennis J., Donald "Donald Boy" and Dwayne P. "Kuualohanui;" daughters Doreen K. Adams, Debra M. Ayala, Donnalyn A., Dayna S. Kaulia-Webb and Denimlee Uilani Kipilii; brothers Daniel, and Clyde and Major Kia; sisters Juliette Johnston, Irma Gomez, Charlotte "Lani" Littlewood, Leinaala Carineo and Lyn Vea; 36 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Chelsea Marie Levin, 1, daughter of Lenny Liza Pielago and Barry of Honolulu, died Sunday. She was born in Honolulu. Anastacio D. Manantan, 101, of Honolulu, a retired laborer for a sugar plantation on Hawaii, died last Saturday in Honolulu. Wallace Isami Matsuda, 83, of Honolulu, a retired general manager for 50th State Poultry, died Wednesday at home. He was born in Yamaguchi, Japan. Alipia Ratonoel Pascua, 101, of Omao, Kauai, died Wednesday at home. She was born in the Philippines. Michio "Stanley" Takenaka, 80, of Honolulu, a retired chemist for Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, died Sept. 8. He was born in Hanalei, Kauai. He is survived by wife Evelyn, daughters Patricia Brady and Barbara Koike, brother Sachio "Frank" and two grandchildren. Private services.

Amadeo Corpuz Tambua, 79, of Honolulu, a retired plumber for the federal government, died Monday. He was born in Laog, Philippines. The mortuary provided additional information for an obituary published yesterday.
