Balloon tribute to Xiana

Sisto Domingo, left, and relatives and friends of the late Xiana
Fairchild release balloons into the air in a tribute to the murdered
child yesterday following services at the Salvation Army Chapel.
Seven-year-old Xiana disappeared in Vallejo, Calif., on Dec. 9,
1999. Her skeletal remains were found this January.
