on-ramp closuresAn H-1 freeway lane closure from Waikele to the Waiawa Interchange takes place today and tomorrow.
The left Honolulu-bound lane on both days will close from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to replace electrical light poles.
Motorists are advised to use caution and allow for extra travel time.
Meanwhile, the 11th Avenue on-ramp to H-1 will be closed tomorrow and Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for roadwork.
And on Kauai, motorists are advised to use caution on Kapule Highway beginning Nov. 15 as intersection improvements are made at Haoa Street.
Existing pavement markings will be removed, followed by installation of traffic signs, drainage system, new pavement markings, signs, traffic signals, streetlights, and new paving. Grading also will take place.
