» A group opposed to a fixed-rail mass-transit system on Oahu needs 44,535 signatures to get the issue on the November ballot. A headline on Page A9 in yesterday's morning edition said 45,535 signatures were needed.
The online edition was not incorrect.
» The city Salary Commission approved a 3 percent salary increase for the Royal Hawaiian Band director. A Page A6 story yesterday said it was a 5 percent increase. The online edition has been corrected.
» Patrick Dolan is a 2006 graduate of Maryknoll School, not Mid-Pacific Institute as was reported in an article on Page B1 Monday. The online edition has been corrected.
» The cost of providing special pensions and other benefits to Filipino veterans who fought with U.S. forces in World War II is estimated to be $221 million over 10 years, according to U.S. Senate Republicans. A Page A9 story in yesterday's afternoon edition said a veterans benefits bill included that amount to cover the cost of the benefits. The story did not appear in the online edition.
