Suspended New York Yankees RHP Scott Proctor four games and fined him an undisclosed amount for intentionally throwing a pitch at Seattle INF Yuniesky Betancourt in a May 6 game. Suspended New York Yankees manager Joe Torre for one game and fined him an undisclosed amount for the intentional actions of Proctor after warnings were issued.
