spacer During the Eighth Annual AT&T Hawaii Dragon Boat Festival held yesterday in the Ala Moana Beach Park lagoon, AT&T crew steersman Kelford Chang pulled against the huge steering oar, maneuvering his boat into position for the start of a race. Teams from across the state and around the world competed in the races, which continue today from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
