NAGOYA, Japan >> Chiyotaikai, Kaio and Miyabiyama each won to remain in a tie for first place at 10-3 yesterday at the Nagoya Grand Sumo Tournament.

Musoyama, Tokitsuumi and Tosanoumi lost to fall out of a tie for first. They are now tied in fourth place with Wakanosato.

Struggling grand champion Musashimaru, Hawaii's Fiamalu Penitani, pulled out last week and Asashoryu quit later, leaving the tournament without a yokozuna.
