The Waikiki Hoolaulea featured food, drink and 11 different stages of entertainment last night. Among the revelers were Nolan and Uilani Arasato, dancing on closed Kalakaua Avenue to the music of Kapena at Stage 11.

Liliuokalani Elementary School teacher Eric McCutcheon led his ragtag group of fifth-graders on the school campus yesterday as they appealed to the public and other school faculty to get out and vote today.

The McKinley High School gym sported a new set of tiger stripes yesterday after students, alumni and Ala Moana Lions Club members painted the wall. The project was in preparation for homecoming next month.
