Kamehameha alum
moving up at Bishop Estate

Timothy "Kimo" Blaisdell has been promoted to manager of capital markets in the financial asset division of Bishop Estate. Capital markets deals with liquidity and cash-flow issues.

"Being a graduate of Kamehameha Schools, it's really special to work for the estate now and give back to the school that gave me so much."

He joined Bishop Estate in 1994 and most recently was assistant capital markets manager. Blaisdell also worked two years in sales for Prudential Preferred Financial Services and two years as a management trainee for First Hawaiian Bank.

He graduated from Kamehameha Schools in 1987 and earned a bachelor's degree in economics and history from Northwestern University in 1991. Blaisdell and his family reside in Kaneohe. He serves as board president for the Spencer Terrace condominium association and second vice president of the Native Hawaiian Chamber of Commerce.
