Okita and Ringor will be honored at Monday's QB Club meeting at the Flamingo Chuckwagon.
Speakers are Glen Martin of the Pacific Basketball League, Leilehua High School athletic director Richard Townsend and state sports commissioner Russ Francis.
Also, the University of Hawaii's Jack Bonham Award winners will be announced.
The luncheon begins at 11:30 with the first speaker at noon.
HPU LOSES: At Azusa, Calif., Hawaii Pacific University left the bases loaded in the bottom of the ninth and lost its first-round NAIA Far West Regional baseball playoff game to Southern California College, 9-6, yesterday.
AZTECS TRIUMPH: At Hilo, San Diego State pounded out 18 hits en route to an 11-4 win over the University of Hawaii at Hilo in a baseball game at the UHH Stadium last night.
The Vulcans finished their season with a 17-30-1 record.
BOX CAR RACING: American Box Car Racing International holds its first races at the new 1,000 plus foot track at the Tripler parking lot closest to the main gate tomorrow starting at 9 a.m.
