Many successful businesses owners in the culinary world actually got their start waiting tables.  Chuck Furuya is one of them.  He’s become a bit of a household name at tables across the state.  He’s also one of only 2 master sommeliers in Hawaii and a restaurateur over several restaurants including Vino and Hiroshi’s.  His fundamental philosophy to success:  support local farmers and local chefs.
