The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood watch for Oahu, Maui, Lanai, Molokai and Kauai through late tonight as remnants of tropical depression Felicia move over the islands.

A flash flood watch means conditions may develop that lead to flash flooding. A flash flood warning will be issued if conditions worsen, according to the weather service.
