Police have reopened the Koko Head-bound onramp to the Moanalua Freeway in Aiea, which was closed after a cement truck overturned.
The crash occurred about 1 p.m., forcing officers to close the onramp as the wreckage was removed. Hawaiian Cement workers pumped cement out of the truck and righted and moved it.
Police reopened the onramp about 3 p.m.
Police said the driver was not seriously hurt.
