All University of Hawaii athletic events scheduled for today have been cancelled.
The list includes the Hawaii-Brigham Young men's volleyball match at 5 p.m. at War Memorial Gym in Wailuku, Maui; the Hawaii-Oregon baseball game at 1 p.m. at Les Murakami Stadium; and Hawaii-Nevada men's basketball game at 7 p.m. at the Stan Sheriff Center.
The baseball game versus Oregon will be made up as part of a double-header tomorrow beginning at 1 p.m. The rescheduled game will start 30 minutes after tomorrow's regularly scheduled game. Fans with tickets to tomorrow's regularly scheduled game will have rights to their seats for the 1 p.m. game but must move to unoccupied seats for the second game. The stadium will not be cleared between games.
Further information regarding rescheduling or volleyball ticket refunds will be made later. The Warrior volleyball clinic which was scheduled for tomorrow at Baldwin High School at 9 a.m. is also cancelled.
There is no plan to reschedule the men’s basketball game, which was to include the Rainbow Warriors senior night festivities. If the game is not rescheduled, a ticket refund procedure will be announced for individual game ticket holders early next week.
The women’s soccer team’s six-on-six tournament also scheduled for today at the UH practice fields is cancelled.
