If you're interested in adding another member to your family — the four-legged, tail-wagging kind — pay a visit to the Puppy Swap Meet at Pet's Discount Market City Shopping Center from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday.

The event will feature local dog breeders and their puppies, starting at age 7 weeks, that are available for sale. The pups will come with veterinary verification that they're healthy and had their first set of shots.

A list of puppies available for sale at the swap meet will be posted inside the store before Sunday.

Pet's Discount will offer a package for each new puppy owner that includes free food, a free vet exam from local clinics and discounts.

Representatives from Sirius Puppy Training will also be on hand to offer puppy tips, and local vets will offer free pedicures for the puppies and answer questions from new owners.
