Roosevelt is favored to win its second straight OIA boys volleyball championship after earning the top seed for the tournament that begins today.

The Rough Riders went through the regular season 12-0 and have a bye into the second round along with Pearl City (11-1), Kalani (10-2) and Leilehua (11-1).

Moanalua went through the White Division unbeaten and has the top seed in that tournament, which begins tomorrow.

Campbell and Castle are the top seeds in the league's Red softball tournament beginning Thursday at Central Oahu Regional Park. Kalani (11-1) and Waialua (7-2) have the top seeds in the White.
