Medical ailment may have caused traffic fatality
A 52-year-old Honolulu man who died after his car hit an oncoming car on South King Street in Moiliili Friday might have had a medical condition, police said.
The Honolulu Medical Examiner's office identified the man as Mark Sasaki. An autopsy will be conducted tomorrow.

Sasaki's car then hit a median traffic sign and continued in the wrong direction of the town-bound lanes before coming to a rest.
Sasaki was taken to the Queen's Medical Center in critical condition and died at 2:30 p.m.
A Honolulu woman, 27, who also was riding in the car, and two people in the Celica were not seriously injured.
