Ladies, now is the time to clean out that closet and put any unworn or gently used apparel to work for a good cause.

The clothing will benefit Dress for Success Honolulu, which provides professional clothing to low-income women who are rejoining the work force. The clothing can be dropped off from March 22 to 28 at Ala Moana Center during the mall's spring shopping event, Shop a Le'a. Mall and store gift cards also will be accepted. Merchants will offer discounts and gifts to customers who bring donations.

Items needed include classic suits, dresses, jackets and sweater sets, accessories, shoes and unused cosmetics. Drop them off at Ala Moana Center Customer Service, Custo Barcelona, Express, Maui Divers Jewelry, MAX&Co., Sephora, Spiral Girl or White House Black Market.
