Man arrested after fight with girlfriend
Police arrested a 19-year-old Waipahu man who allegedly threatened his 21-year-old girlfriend with a knife at her Waipahu home.
The woman went to the suspect's home Wednesday and the couple began arguing at about 12:50 p.m.
The man then allegedly threatened the woman with a knife and assaulted her with a stool.
Police arrested the man on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening, second-degree assault and abuse of a household or family member.
Teenager is arrested in Kailua assault
A 17-year-old boy was arrested after he allegedly punched another 17-year-old at school.
Police said the assault occurred at 10:50 a.m. Tuesday at Kailua High School.
After the teenager punched the other teen, the victim lost consciousness, police said.
The suspect was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault. He was released later pending further investigation.
