LOS ANGELES » When Johnny Cash's sixth and final release in the American Recordings series, “;American VI: Ain't No Grave,”; comes out tomorrow, there will be a little aloha spirit mixed in with the shuffling beat.

Producer Rick Rubin said he usually selected songs for Cash to try, but the singer, who died in 2003, chose the traditional Hawaiian tune “;Aloha Oe”; and always intended it to be the final song of his final album. He enjoyed spending time in Hawaii and loved that song, Rubin said. Cash's final words before the music ends: “;Until we meet again.”;

Tomorrow would have been Cash's 78th birthday.
