See the dark side of life for sea animals

Do fish really sleep? What happens to sea snails after dark? Can lobsters find their way home without being able to see?

All these questions—and more—will be answered during “;Aquarium After Dark”; tonight in Waikiki. Join the staff of the Waikiki Aquarium as they lead visitors on a flashlight tour of the exhibits.

Open to families of all ages; children must be at least 5 years old and accompanied by an adult.

'Smooth Jazz Nights' at Royal Hawaiian

ME Productions' popular “;Smooth Jazz Nights”; concert series returns this weekend with another full lineup of performers at the Royal Hawaiian Theater.

Hawaii's own Brian Simpson and Michael Paulo will be the featured guests of Peter White, an acclaimed smooth jazz keyboard player who has performed with the likes of Al Stewart and Basia.

Tickets start at $45, with $85 VIP (includes cocktail service and afterparty access) and $125 Super VIP (includes floor-level couch, cocktail service, afterparty access and complimentary gift) seat options available.
