Police are looking for four juvenile male suspects in the beating of a 69-year-old Maili woman Tuesday.

“;The police seem to think we were targeted,”; said Teresita Pascua, who was recovering from her injuries at home. “;They don't really know for sure. We're hoping they find them.”;

Pascua was standing in the carport of her home at 12:43 p.m. Tuesday when two juvenile males approached her, police said. One of the suspects asked her if “;Ryan”; was home. She told them she didn't know anyone by that name.

The next thing Pascua remembers is waking up seated in a chair in her living room covered in blood, police said. Police said her dentures were knocked out of her mouth.

“;I'm not doing so good,”; Pascua said last night. “;I have a fractured cheekbone and a broken nose.”;

Pascua was initially taken to a hospital in serious condition with multiple fractures to her face and nose, but has since been treated and released.

A witness saw four juvenile males running on her street, but Pascua saw only the two, whom she had never seen before.

Police said no items were taken from her home. Police have not released descriptions of the suspects.
