UH tennis team beats Nevada
The Hawaii men's tennis team started the conference season on a high note, claiming a 5-2 victory over Nevada yesterday.
UH won five of six singles matches, but lost two out of three in doubles.
Dennis Lajola and Jeremy Tweedt won the lone doubles match for the Hawaii and also picked up wins on the singles side, along with Andreas Weber, Leo Rosenberg, and Philipp Eberhard.
Stanford wins Wenner Invite
Stanford racked up 116 points to win the Peter Wenner Rainbow Invite overall sailing title at Keehi Lagoon.
The Cardinal claimed the top spot in both the coed and women's fields out of 19 teams.
UH finished in fourth overall with 157 points, and the Rainbow Wahine squad placed second.
