Party with roller skaters, if you dare

Hawaii Pacific Roller Derby returns to Kaneohe this weekend for the second annual SK808 Tournament at Windward Mall.

This isn't your parents' roller derby, filled with contrived storylines and over-the-top antics. The ladies of HPRD keep the focus on athleticism and teamwork in hopes of empowering females of all ages.

After an afternoon of fun on the windward side, an official after-party will take place at Anna Bannana's starting at 9 p.m. tomorrow; admission is free for those 18 and over with a SK808 admission stamp.

» Where: Windward Mall
» When: Noon to 6 p.m. tomorrow
» Cost: $10 general admission; $7 for students and military with valid ID; free for children 12 and under
