Punahou offensive lineman Kaiwi Crabb has given an oral commitment to the University of Colorado to play football.
Pacific Islands Athletic Alliance executive director Doris Sullivan confirmed the senior's commitment yesterday.
Crabb, a 6-foot-5, 272-pound standout, helped Punahou win the Division I state championship as a junior. This season, he was a Star-Bulletin All-State third-team selection.
He is a center on the Buffanblu basketball team, and also tosses the discus and puts the shot for their track and field squad.
According to Scout.com, Crabb also had offers from Hawaii, Arizona and Washington.
