National federation OKs replays
Due to a rule change by the National Federation of State High School Associations, officials can use a replay monitor during basketball state tournaments “;to determine if a try for goal at the expiration of time in the fourth quarter or any overtime period should be counted.”;
There's no word yet if Hawaii will take steps for officials to use the replay option.
