» A MAILE AMBER alert is issued in Hawaii when a child age 17 or younger may have been abducted or is believed to be in imminent danger of serious injury or death. A story on Page 5 Tuesday said an alert would be issued for a child younger than 11.
» University of Hawaii employees who are members of the University of Hawaii Professional Assembly or the United Public Workers unions must report to work tomorrow or take a vacation day to be paid. A newswatch item on Page 7 Tuesday said UH employees would have the day off with pay.
