» Migrants from the Freely Associated States continue to receive health and human services program benefits on Guam. Sen. Frank F. Blas Jr., of Guam's legislature, said the government-operated civilian hospital also is mandated not to turn anyone away regardless of resident status. An article on Page 6 Saturday erroneously reported that Guam had dropped medical coverage for migrants from Micronesia, the Marshall Islands and Palau. The online version has been corrected.
