Football game changed to 2010

Hawaii and Charleston Southern have agreed to move their scheduled football game up a year to complete UH's 2010 nonleague slate.
The Warriors and Buccaneers were to meet in 2011. It will now be Sept. 25, 2010 at Aloha Stadium.
“;It worked for both of us to move them up,”; UH associate athletic director Carl Clapp said.
The Warriors open 2010 against USC on Sept. 2 — a Thursday game — followed by at Army on Sept. 11 and at Colorado on Sept. 18. They then face Charleston Southern before starting the WAC season.
A home game against UNLV previously set for Sept. 25 will instead serve as Hawaii's regular-season finale Dec. 4.
Now there is an opening in the 2011 schedule which Clapp said will probably be filled by another FCS (formerly Division I-AA) school.
