Cliff Frost will become the new director of technology infrastructure for the University of Hawaii in July. He was the director of infrastructure services at the University of California, Berkeley, where he has held a variety of positions for more than 30 years.

REAL of Hawaii members were named Youth Advocates of the Year by the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids for their leadership in the fight against tobacco.

Caroline Killhour was elected the new executive director of Hui No'eau Visual Arts Center. She has served as managing director since 2007, and previously was executive director of the Art School at Kapalua.
