Former Hawaii linebacker Adam Leonard is getting a shot with his hometown team this weekend.
Leonard is trying out with the Seattle Seahawks at the team's mini-camp, which opened yesterday.
Leonard had a workout with the Seahawks prior to the NFL Draft, but was not selected last weekend. He finished his UH career with 316 tackles and was named to the All-Western Athletic Conference first team last season.
Hawaii Prep graduate Max Unger, the Seahawks' second-round draft pick, is also in mini-camp.
Saint Louis graduate and former Colorado defensive lineman Vaka Manupuna signed a free-agent contract with the Washington Redskins.
Former UH linebacker Solomon Elimimian and safety Erik Robinson are trying out for the Buffalo Bills.
