» The photos on Page 1 of Friday's Hawaii section showed Jacob Laitinen singing at the state Capitol. The photo caption misidentified the singer as Andrew Shirtz.
» Estan Reynon of Kapolei High School is one of two recipients of the science teachers of the year award who received trips to the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair May 10-16 in Reno, Nev. His name was incorrectly reported as Revnon in a story on Page 7 Thursday and in an editorial Saturday.
» An outdated column on campaign-sign legislation mistakenly appeared on Page 1 of the Sunday Insight section.
Clarification
» A photo on Page 9 of U.S. Rep. Neil Abercrombie inside his campaign office yesterday showed an American flag that appeared to be hung backward, with the stars in the upper right corner. The flag was hung in a window for people on the outside looking in and from that perspective was displayed correctly.
