As for the drugs, well, that's all over Chinatown, and Honolulu bar's location on an isolated side street perhaps puts it in an area that may already be infected by the drug trade.

Targeting a specific race, however, in this case the Micronesians, isn't doing a service to anyone.

What really needs to be done is a thorough cleanup of the streets of Chinatown. With the recent increased police presence, maybe we're on the right track.
