» Hawaii's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate of 6.5 percent in February was the highest in more than 30 years — since it hit 6.6 percent in October 1978. A story on Page 4 of the main section Saturday used historical, not seasonally adjusted, data when reporting that the unemployment rate reached a 12-year high. In addition, the state is receiving $1.89 billion from Gov. Linda Lingle's state capital improvement program, not from federal stimulus funding.
