RUNNING ON: Lyle Nelson, 84, is happy to report that he and Bryan Harry, both 1950 Michigan U. grads, took part in the Great Aloha Run, with Bryan placing second and Lyle third in the 80-to-99 age division. Lyle was first in his age division last year. Lyle is an author and a retired Star-Bulletin reporter who still has a fantastic memory. He once interviewed Bryan, who was head of the National Park Service in Hawaii ... Ed Robles and Pablo Buckingham should have been listed with D.K. Kodama and Daniel Dae Kim in Wednesday's Wood Craft as co-owners of the Counter hamburger emporium at Kahala Mall ...
